LOVE IS NOT ENOUGH BY DTEFLON

The Breakup and ups and downs of a friendship or relationship…

We have all been there..this is addressed to all my peeps who are sick to death like me of hearing the excuses,,,,,,, Like for example any one of these sounds familiar

‘It’s not you… it’s me…..I just need some time……I just don’t know what I want anymore, I just need time to be by myself

Sound familiar?

Personally just remembering some of those less than sparkling moments in my life makes me feel a little nauseous and makes me sick to my stomach

I am sure no one likes being on the receiving end of a break-up…Then again, no one likes doing the break-up either. Any way you look at it breaking up with someone is never an easy thing to go through, There are distress and turmoil on both sides, Regardless, It’s probably safe to say the dumpee suffers the most especially if he or she never saw it coming.

I have realized that people should pay more attention to the bad in people at first rather than get caught up emotionally in all the good things…Patience is the virtue and good things come to those who wait.

If you can work through all the bad with someone then it makes the good that more enjoyable later.

So with that time that I realize I truly have spent alone for the last few years of my life looking for the special kind of love that I believed only exists for y&r soap stars and in fairytale movies that I truly realize that…

IS LOVE IS NOT ENOUGH!

Sometimes when I came home after a long day of work and look back on everything that I have tried to do to be the loving person that God has told me I should be and to share that love with others around me but I realize with all the hurt that is going on in the world right now….not only in my life but everywhere it seems with all the fighting in the world no amount of love you can show a person in a friendship or relationship can make it work

You can love each other but not be right for one another.

We live in a society that glorifies love. You know they rode into the sunset and lived happily ever after and all that bs.

It’s a wonderful theory for some but in my life, I realize that finding the right girl is like finding the right job or career.

Just because your good at something doesn’t make a career of it, Moreover making a career of something doesn’t necessarily make you good at it.

I realize in a relationship between 2 people and I will say it again 2 people, not the one side relationships that seem to happen everywhere these days you must practice listening and trying to understand your man or woman if you want your relationship to work.

There are lots of things (and people)…..that we’d love to do. But very few of them are a sure long-term fit. Let’s face it just because you love playing football doesn’t make you a star quarterback.

I have been guilty of this and I am sure many of you who are in a relationship right now that isn’t truly the way you want it to stay together long after they should have gone their separate ways. ‘Recognizing that two people can love each other but just not be able to make an intimate relationship work is a basis of letting go without the guilt and letting go with forgiveness.

If you have been fighting with your man or woman for weeks or even months and you just can’t seem to fix, To me, it is like standing in quicksand the more you try to fight it the more it pulls you under to the point that your all choked up and you can’t breathe and you get pulled down even farther until you in over your head.

So if you are going through that phase in your relationship that maybe it is just time to say, I love you but we are just not right for each other then maybe you can move on with a clear conscience.
